About us

We are a subgroup of the USTC nanoscience laboratory (led by Prof. J. G. Hou and Prof. Bing Wang) which is affiliated to the Hefei National Laboratory for Physical Science at Microscale (HFNL), University of Science and Technology of China (USTC).

Our aim

Our research goal is to develop new methods based on scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) and molecular-beam epitaxy (MBE) techniques for constructing and characterizing novel nanostructures and nanomaterials ranging from atoms and molecules to thin films.
