He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in polymer chemistry from USTC in 1978 and 1984 respectively, and his Ph.D. from Institute of Chemistry Chinese Academy of Science in 1989. He joined the Department of Polymer Science and Engineering in USTC in 1989 as a Lecturer and then became an Associate Professor in 1995. In 2002, he was promoted to be a Full Professor. He once did research at Waseda University and Tokyo University as a visiting scholar in 1989, 1992, 1996, and 1998 respectively. |
