  国家重大科技基础设施“未来网络试验设施(合肥)”负责人,IEEE Senior Member。主要研究方向:未来网络技术、面向5G/B5G/6G的智能通信与多媒体传输。

1996年9月至2000年7月于中国科学技术大学少年班系00班学习,获电子工程学士学位,2000年9月至2005年7月于中国科学技术大学电子工程与信息科学系学习,获通信与信息系统专业博士学位,2005年6月至今留校从事教学科研工作。2007年9月至2008年2月参加微软亚洲研究院“青年教授培养计划”,2010年3月至2011年3月美国纽约州立大学布法罗分校访问学者。自参加工作以来一直从事网络体系架构和协议、无线通信、多媒体传输以及面向网络通信的机器学习算法等方面的研究工作,涉及到网络协议、路由、调度、资源管理以及网络编码、人工智能等领域的内容。近年来,作为负责人承担国家自然科学基金面上项目2项、国家自然科学基金重点项目子课题2项、国家自然科学基金重大项目子课题1项、国家宽带移动重大专项子课题1项、国家863计划子课题1项。获得国际学术会议WCSP 2016, WCSP 2019最佳论文奖,担任IEEE JSAC,IEEE TWC,IEEE TMM,IEEE T-CSVT等期刊的审稿人,以及IEEE GLOBECOM、IEEE ICC、IEEE WCNC等国际会议TPC成员。
