   现任中国科学技术大学自动化系执行主任。2001年7月中国科学技术大学自动化系本科毕业,2005年12月于中国科学技术大学自动化系,获工学博士。2010年在英国南安普顿大学电子与计算机科学学院从事访问研究,与英国皇家工程院院士Lajos Hanzo教授合作研究无线视频传输、航空组网与卫星组网等。主要研究方向为未来网络体系架构、网络系统建模与优化、多媒体通信及随机优化理论。现为IEEE Senior Member,中国科学院青年创新促进会优秀会员,获中国科学院卢嘉锡青年人才奖,2008年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划,2019年获安徽省特支计划创新领军人才。在国内外权威学术刊物发表论文100余篇,授权/申请专利50余项。作为项目负责人主持国家重点研发计划项目、国家863计划项目、安徽省科技重大专项、国家自然科学基金重点子课题、国家自然科学基金面上项目等多项。
