ETM model is an empircal model, developed by Haibing Ruan and Jiuhou Lei. It is based on the TIEGCM simulations and data-driven by observations. 
The exospheric temperature and thermospheric mass density can be calculated by ETM with the input of the datenumber of year, universal time, latitude, longitude, height, solar activity index and geomagnetic activity index.
