研究方向

本人研究领域处于微系统制造,电子信息技术以及生物医学工程的密集交叉点,研究内容立足于微流控技术,围绕微型医用诊疗系统展开,主要应用于超低生物标记物的体外检测和适用于微创手术递送的体内载药系统两大方面。

在研课题

1) 体外检测芯片-用于检测超低浓度标记物的生物富集芯片
针对于临床上与疾病相关的重要标记物普遍存在的浓度极低,取样总量小,易造成漏检误检的挑战,本课题重点研究新型微流控富集器件,将低浓度目标物富集至微流通道中特定区域,大幅度提高其局部浓度,从而突破物质传递限制,使目待测标物跃升至下游检测方法的阈值之上,提高样品检测的灵敏度和速率。
2)微创抗癌疗法-用于实现定向化疗的自数字化细胞承载微型胶囊
可定向的化疗手段一直是临床尚未攻克的难题;尤其是在针对于对放射疗法不敏感,化疗作为主要治疗途径的恶性肿瘤,现有的化疗手段难以发挥抗癌药物的最大功效。本课题提出新型细胞胶囊制造手段,将转染后具有药物转化功能的治疗细胞胶囊化后通过微创手段植入至肿瘤周围的血管分支,可定向活化周围前体药物,达到在低剂量使用前体药物下取得肿瘤组织高活化药物浓度,有效进行抗癌治疗。
