Short Biography

I am an associate professor in both School of Computer Science & Technology and School of Software Engineering, University of Science & Technology of China (USTC). Meanwhile, I also serves as the vice dean of the School of Software Engineering. I am also the committee member of China Computer Federation Technical Committee on Sensor Network (CCF TCSN). I received my B.S. and Ph.D. degrees from USTC, Hefei, China, in 2002 and 2007 respectively.

My current research interests are wireless network, data mining and distributed system, especially data mining in urban computing and intelligent financial system. I have published about 40 high-level papers on research journals and conferences, including some top level international journals and conferences, such as MOBICOM, AAAI, IJCAI, UBICOMP, INFOCOM, ICDCS, SECON, IwQOS, Sensys, ICDM and some IEEE Transactions. My research is supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Science and Technology Major Project and Development Program 863 of China, etc. I received the IBM Faculty Award in 2017 for the significant contributions in the field of Vehicular Network and Intelligent Transportation system.
