Post-doctoral Research on how to use Theories of Complex Systems and Methods of
Social Network Analysis into the field of Crisis Communication Networks and
Policy-Making for responding to the large-scale disasters in US and China, with
the “Acting-in-Time” group under Professor Herman “Dutch” Leonard and Arnold Howitt in Harvard Kennedy School.
Additional Focus: Organizational
Behaviors/ Organizational Learning for Virtual Teams in Governments,
Multi-National Companies, Non-Profit Organizations and Research Groups,
especially for Knowledge Sharing based on theories of Transactive
Memory Systems.
