DNA MOL-NANO LAB

Our Lab was found in 2015 when Dr. Li took a PI position at Department of Chemistry, USTC. We focus on G-quadruplex(G4)-based bioanalysis and bioimaging, mainly including three topics: (1) engineering bimolecular G4s for proximity aptasensing and nanoassembling; (2) G4-guided DNA nanodevices for single-cell bioanalysis; (3) G4-derived spherical nucleic acid enzymes (SNAzymes) for probing disease-related biomarkers.
