I've been a physics professor of University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) since 2009, an adjunct assistant professor of UMass Amherst from 2010 and 2015, and an adjunct professor of UMass Amherst, USA since 2016.

My current research interest mainly focus on novel simulation techniques (classical and quantum Monte Carlo methods, transfer-matrix techniques) and their applications, theoretical and computational studies of phase transitions and critical phenomena, and quantum simulations(cold atoms and optical lattices).
