Professor Chen attended World Polyolefin Congress 2015 at Tokyo, Japan and delivered an invited talk on olefin polymerization. Four group members Min Chen, Shengyu Dai, Min Li and Xuelin Sui also attended the meeting and presented poster talk.
 
Professor Chen visited Anhui University (安徽大学) and delivered an invited talk on olefin polymerization.

Professor Chen attended the biannual polymer meeting at Suzhou (2015 苏州高分子年会), and delivered an invited talk (分会邀请报告) on "Late transition metal catalysts on olefin polymerization and copolymerization. "

Professor Chen attended the 250th ACS national meeting at Boston, USA. He delivered an invited talk on olefin polymerization catalysts and served as section chair.
 
Professor Daisuke Takeuchi from Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan visited our group and delivered a talk entitled with “Synthesis of New Olefin Polymers and Copolymers Based on Design of Monomers and Catalysts”.
Professor Yuetao Zhang from Jilin Univeristy (吉林大学张越涛教授) visited USTC and delived a talk on polymers based on biobased monomers.
Professor Chen attended the third symposium on cabon catalysis at Shengyang (第三届碳催化研讨会), and delived an invited talk.
Professor Kyoko Nozaki from The University of Tokyo, Japan visited our group and delivered a talk entitled with “Coordination Polymerization of Polar Vinyl Monomers Catalyzed by Palladium Complexes”.
Professor Chen attended “4th Grubbs Symposium” at Ningbo, China, served as section chair and delivered an invited talk.
Professor Haiyang Gao from Sun Yat-Sen Universtiy (中山大学高海洋教授) and Professor Zhengguo Cai from Donghua University (东华大学蔡正国教授) visited our group and delived two invited talks on olefin polymerization.
Professor Xuequan Zhang from Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences (中科院长春应化所张学全研究员) visited our group and delived a talk on "Cooridnation Polymerization of Diene Monomers."
Prof. Chen attended "Symposium on Catalytic Polymerization" at SUN YAT-SEN UNIVERSITY and delivered an invited talk on olefin polymerization.
Mr. Wen Zhang won the Guo Moruo scholarship (郭沫若奖学金), which is the highest award for undergraduate stduent at USTC. Congratulations!
