博士后要求： 1.申请人应具有（或即将获得）免疫学、基础医学、细胞分子生物学、肿瘤生物学等相关专业博士学位。在领域内具有丰富的研究经验及扎实的 实验技能。有实验小鼠操作经验者优先。 2.具有高度责任心及科研热情，能独立开展部分研究，参与科研经费申请并协助指导学生。 3.具有较强的英文读写能力，能熟练阅读英文文献并撰写科研论文。

Recruitment: We are recruiting highly motivated and creative associate researchers, assistant researchers, postdoctoral fellows, graduate and undergraduate trainees. Applicants with expertise in immunology, molecular biology, cell biology or bioinformatics are particularly welcome to join us.
Postdoctoral requirements: 1.The applicant should or will get your Ph.D. degree and have extensive research experience and experimental skills in immunology, medicine, cell biology, molecular biology, tumor biology or other related fields. Experience with mouse operation is preferred. 2. Highly motivated and interested in scientific research, be able to carry out projects independently, apply for fundings and guide graduate students. 3. Having strong English skills to read and write scientific research papers. Personal development and salary: Salary: Candidates will be provided with highly competitive personal salary and have no worries about living. Platform: Our newly established laboratory have plenty of projects with strong preliminary data.
