Appatus status of STM system           Appatus status of Surfuce Physics Endstation

Except for the two ultrahigh vacuum (UHV) systems which locate at the sychrotron radiation Photoelectron spectroscopy endstation and the Surface physics endstation in NSRL, where we can perform Synchrotron radiation photoemission spectroscopy (SRPES) and near edge X-ray absorption fine structure (NEXAFS) experiments, our group has UHV facilities for surface analysis including Scanning tunnel microscopy (STM), UV and X-ray spectroscopy (UPS and XPS), Auger elelctron spectroscopy (AES), Low energy electron diffraction (LEED) and temperature programmed desorption (TPD). In addition, we have the facilities for ex-situ and in-situ sample preparation.
